Start with how you would like to spend your time. Blackthorn offers membership categories for different stages of life and different ways to enjoy the club. Our membership team can help you understand the options, current availability, and associated fees.
Gold memberships shall allow persons ages 21–39 to use all Club facilities, which include: golf course, golf practice facilities, outdoor tennis, outdoor pickleball, indoor tennis, indoor pickleball, fitness, aquatics, dining, and special events. The Gold membership includes the primary member, their spouse, and non-married dependents under the age of 25.
Platinum membership shall allow persons ages 40 and above to use all Club facilities, which include golf course, golf practice facilities, outdoor tennis, outdoor pickleball, indoor tennis, indoor pickleball, fitness, aquatics, dining, and special events. The Platinum membership includes the primary member, their spouse, and non-married dependents under the age of 25.
Silver members are entitled to recreational use of the Club, including outdoor tennis, outdoor pickleball, indoor tennis, indoor pickleball, fitness, aquatics, dining, and special events. The Silver membership includes the primary member, their spouse, and non-married dependents under the age of 25. Silver member golfing privileges are limited to a total of six (6) times per year with standard greens and cart fees applying.
Corporate members are entitled use of the Club based upon the category of membership they join under. The membership must be purchased by the company/corporation. The company/corporation must have at least three (3) and no more than ten (10) memberships. The membership includes the primary member, their spouse, and non-married dependents under the age of 25.
Corporate Memberships are entitled to use of Club Amenities based upon the category of membership they join under as outlined herein. Qualifications for this classification are:
• The membership is purchased by a company/corporation.
• The company/corporation agrees to maintain a “minimum” monthly dues payment equivalent to five dues-paying memberships.
Non-Residents are persons who do not reside in any of the following counties in the State of Tennessee: Carter, Greene, Hawkins, Sullivan, Unicoi, or Washington. Proof of primary residence must be submitted with the application. Non-Resident members are entitled to full use of the Club's facilities, which include: golf course, golf practice facilities, outdoor tennis, outdoor pickleball, indoor tennis, indoor pickleball, fitness, aquatics, dining, and special events. Non-Resident Memberships entitle the holder to the use of all Club Amenities; however, there is a limit of 30 rounds (18-hole) per year.
