Farm to Table 100 Mile Dinner On December 17th, 2017 Blackthorn Club will be hosting its first ever Farm to Table 100 Mile Dinner.  As you know, we support local farmers and producers on our menus but this time we’ve partnered with Boone Street Market for a great night featuring five courses of ingredients sourced from only 100 Mile from the club.  Okay, I might pull some rice and grains from Anson Mills in Charleston, but besides that, all the ingredients will fall under the 100 mile radius.  The dinner will be BYOB with no corkage fee so dig into that cellar and break out the good stuff.  Tickets are $55.00++ per person and the Blackthorn Cancellation Policy will be effect.  A portion of the profits will go to help out Boone Street Market as well.  Please make your reservations with james@blackthornclub.com.

100 Mile Dinner – December 17th - 6:00pm- doors open, dinner at 6:30pm

1st Course: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with No Evil Meats Chorizo, Scallion Oil and Toasted Butternut Squash Seeds

2nd Course: Smoked North Carolina Sunburst Trout over a Sweet Potato and Bacon Hash, Creole Mustard Cream Sauce

3rd Course: Ground Lamb and Anson Mills Gold Rice Stuffed Collard Green, Smoked Tomato Coulis and Rosemary Bread “Dust”

4th Course: 2M Farms Filet of Beef Au Poivre with Local Peppercorns, Vidalia Onions, TN Hills Corn Liquor Pan Sauce served over Loads of Local Root Veggies

5th Course: TN Hills Pineapple-Upside-Down Cake Rum soaked Apple Crostada with Sorghum Ice Cream
